حدثنا محمد بن الليث الهدادي حدثنا عَبْد الله بن يونس حدثنا أَبُو بَكْر بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صالحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قال من جرح جرحا في سبيل الله جاء يوم القيامة جرحه كهيئته يوم أصابه لونه لون دم وريحه ريح مسك
English Translation
Muhammad ibn al-Laith al-Hadadi narrated to us, Abdullah ibn Yunus narrated to us, Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «Whoever is wounded in the cause of Allah will come on the Day of Resurrection with his wound in the same state as on the day it was inflicted — its color the color of blood, and its scent the scent of musk.»
