كتب إِلَيَّ هارون بن موسى بن أبي علقمة يخبرني أن أبا ضمرة أنس بن عياض حدثه عن الحارث بن عَبد الرَّحمَن عَن عَبد الرحمن بن هرمز عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَال لاَ يمنع الماء ليمنع به الكلأ اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَال لاَ يمنع الماء ليمنع به الكلأ
English Translation
Harun ibn Musa ibn Abi Alqamah wrote to me, informing me that Abu Damrah Anas ibn Iyad narrated to him from al-Harith ibn Abd al-Rahman from Abd al-Rahman ibn Hurmuz from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «Water should not be withheld so as to prevent pasture.»
