حَدَّثنا الحسين بن مُحَمد الذارع قَال حَدَّثنا يحيى بن واضح قَال حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن إسحاق عَن مُحَمد بن عَمْرو بن عطاء عَن عَطاء بن يسار عَن أبي هُرَيرة وأبي سَعِيد أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال ما يصيب المؤمن وصب ولاَ نصب ولاَ هم ولاَ حزن حتى الشوكة يشاكها أو تشوكه إلاَّ كفر الله بها عنه من خطاياه اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال ما يصيب المؤمن وصب ولاَ نصب ولاَ هم ولاَ حزن حتى الشوكة يشاكها أو تشوكه إلاَّ كفر الله بها عنه من خطاياه
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ma'mar narrated to us, he said: Abu Amir narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Abi Humayd narrated to us from Isma'il ibn Muhammad ibn Sa'd from Abu Salamah from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «Shall I not guide you to a charity that is beloved to Allah and His Messenger? Make peace between people. For indeed, discord between people is the razor -- it does not shave hair, but shaves the religion.» This hadith -- we do not know it except from Muhammad ibn Abi Humayd from Isma'il ibn Muhammad from Abu Salamah from Abu Hurairah.
