حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن مَعْمَر قَال حَدَّثنا أَبُو عَاصِم قَال حَدَّثنا الحسن بن يزيد عَن أبي سَلَمَة عَن أبي هُرَيرة أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال إذا رأيتموه يعني هلال رمضان فصوموا وإذا رأيتموه يعني هلال شوال فأفطروا اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال إذا رأيتموه يعني هلال رمضان فصوموا وإذا رأيتموه يعني هلال شوال فأفطروا
English Translation
Abu Kamil narrated to us, he said: Abu Awanah narrated to us from Umar ibn Abi Salamah from his father from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «Every person of the Children of Adam will be consumed by the earth except the coccyx bone. From it he was created and from it he will be reconstituted.»
