وحَدَّثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ قال أَخْبَرنا عَبد العزيز بن مُحَمد عَن العلاء عَن أَبِيه عَن أبي هُرَيرة وسهيل بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَن أَبِيه عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم خَيْرُ صُفُوفِ الرِّجَالِ أَوَّلُهَا وَشَرُّهَا آخِرُهَا وخير صفوف النساء آخرها وشرها أولها اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم خَيْرُ صُفُوفِ الرِّجَالِ أَوَّلُهَا وَشَرُّهَا آخِرُهَا وخير صفوف النساء آخرها وشرها أولها
English Translation
And Ahmad ibn Abdah narrated to us, saying: Abd al-Aziz ibn Muhammad informed us from al-Ala from his father from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him); and Suhayl ibn Abi Salih from his father from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "The best rows for men are the first, and the worst are the last. And the best rows for women are the last, and the worst are the first."
