وحَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن بَشَّار حَدَّثنا عَبد الرحمن حَدَّثنا سُفيان عَن عَاصِم بْنِ عُبَيد اللَّهِ عَن عُبَيد مولى أبي رهم عَن أبي هُرَيرة قال كنت معه فمر برحبة فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم يقول رب يمين لا تصعد إلى الله في هذه البقعة قال فرأيت فيها النخاسين بعدوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُ لَهُ طَرِيقًا عَن أبي هُرَيرة إلاَّ هذا الطريق عبيدة بن سفيان الحضرمي عنه برحبة فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم يقول رب يمين لا تصعد إلى الله في هذه البقعة قال فرأيت فيها النخاسين بعدوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُ لَهُ طَرِيقًا عَن أبي هُرَيرة إلاَّ هذا الطريق عبيدة بن سفيان الحضرمي عنه
English Translation
And Muhammad ibn Bashshar narrated to us, saying: Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, saying: Sufyan narrated to us from Asim ibn Ubaidullah from Ubayd, the freed slave of Abu Ruhm, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: I was with him and he passed by an open area and said: I heard the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say: "Many an oath does not ascend to Allah in this area." He said: And I saw the slave-traders there afterwards. This hadith is not known to us to have any route from Abu Hurairah except this route. Ubaydah ibn Sufyan al-Hadrami from him.
