حَدَّثَنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَال حَدَّثنا بِشْر بن عُمَر قَال حَدَّثنا مالك عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عَن سَعِيد عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم أَنَّه نعى النجاشي في اليوم الذي مات فيه وخرج بهم إلى المصلى فصلى بهم وَكَبَّرَ عليه أربعاوقد روى هذا الحديث جماعة منهم ابن عُيَينة وغيره عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عَن سَعِيد عَن أبي هُرَيرة ورواه يُونُس بن إسحاق عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عَن سَعِيد وَأَبي سَلَمة عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم أَنَّه نعى النجاشي في اليوم الذي مات فيه وخرج بهم إلى المصلى فصلى بهم وَكَبَّرَ عليه أربعاوقد روى هذا الحديث جماعة منهم ابن عُيَينة وغيره عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عَن سَعِيد عَن أبي هُرَيرة ورواه يُونُس بن إسحاق عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عَن سَعِيد وَأَبي سَلَمة عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة
English Translation
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, he said: Bishr ibn Umar narrated to us, he said: Malik narrated to us, from az-Zuhri, from Sa'id, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) that he announced the death of the Negus on the day he died, went out with them to the prayer ground, prayed for him, and pronounced four takbirs over him. This hadith has been narrated by a group, including Ibn Uyaynah and others, from az-Zuhri from Sa'id from Abu Hurairah. Yunus ibn Ishaq narrated it from az-Zuhri from Sa'id and Abu Salamah from Abu Hurairah.
