حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن عثمان العقيلي وأزهر بن جميل قالاَ حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن عبد الرحمن قَال حَدَّثنا أيوب عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عَن سَعِيد عَن أبي هُرَيرة قال شر الطعام طعام الوليمة يدعى إليها الغني ويترك الفقير وَمَنْ لم يجبه فقد عصى الله ورسولهوغير أيوب عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عَن الأَعرَج عَن أبي هُرَيرة قال شر الطعام طعام الوليمة يدعى إليها الغني ويترك الفقير وَمَنْ لم يجبه فقد عصى الله ورسولهوغير أيوب عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عَن الأَعرَج عَن أبي هُرَيرة
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Uthman al-Uqayli and Azhar ibn Jamil narrated to us, they said: Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, he said: Ayyub narrated to us, from az-Zuhri, from Sa'id, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: «The worst food is the food of a wedding feast to which the rich are invited and the poor are left out. Whoever does not accept the invitation has disobeyed Allah and His Messenger.» Others besides Ayyub narrated it from az-Zuhri from al-A'raj from Abu Hurairah.
