الصيرفي الكوفي حَدَّثنا حفص بن غياث حَدَّثنا الأَشْعَثُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَن أَنَس أَنَّ رَجُلا قَالَ يَا رَسولَ اللهِ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ قَالَ وَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا مِنْ كَثِيرٍ غَيْرَ أَنِّي أُحِبُّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَرْءُ مَعَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ وَلَهُ مَا اكْتَسَبَوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَن أَنَس إلاَّ حَفْصُ بْنُ غياث الصيرفي الكوفي حَدَّثنا حفص بن غياث حَدَّثنا الأَشْعَثُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَن أَنَس أَنَّ رَجُلا قَالَ يَا رَسولَ اللهِ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ قَالَ وَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا مِنْ كَثِيرٍ غَيْرَ أَنِّي أُحِبُّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَرْءُ مَعَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ وَلَهُ مَا اكْتَسَبَوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَن أَنَس إلاَّ حَفْصُ بْنُ غياث حَدَّثنا صالح بن عَدِيّ بن أبي عمارة الزارع حَدَّثنا السميدع بن وهب حَدَّثنا شُعْبَةُ عَن منصور وعمرو بن مرة قَالاَ حَدَّثنَا سالم بن أبي الجعد عَن أَنَس بن مالك أَنَّ رَجُلا أَتَى النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه
English Translation
Al-Sayrafi al-Kufi narrated to us, Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, al-Ash'ath narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him), that a man said: 'O Messenger of Allah, when is the Hour?' He said: «What have you prepared for it?» He said: 'I have not prepared much for it, except that I love Allah and His Messenger.' So the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: «A person will be with whom he loves, and for him is what he has earned.» We do not know anyone who narrated this hadith from Ash'ath, from al-Hasan, from Anas except Hafs ibn Ghiyath. Salih ibn Adiyy ibn Abi Ammarah al-Zari narrated to us, al-Sumayda ibn Wahb narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Mansur and Amr ibn Murrah, they said: Salim ibn Abi al-Ja'd narrated to us, from Anas ibn Malik, that a man came to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him).
