حَدَّثنا محمد بن المثني حَدَّثنا مسلم بن إبراهيم حَدَّثنا جرير بن حازم حَدَّثنا حُمَيد الطَّوِيلُ عَن أَنَسٍ قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الطَّبِيخِ وَالرُّطَبِوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ حُمَيد إلاَّ جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الطَّبِيخِ وَالرُّطَبِوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ حُمَيد إلاَّ جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ
English Translation
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, Muslim ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, Jarir ibn Hazim narrated to us, Humayd at-Tawil narrated to us, from Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: The Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) would combine cooked food with fresh dates. This hadith is not known to have been narrated from Humayd except by Jarir ibn Hazim.
