حَدَّثنا الحسن بن قزعة حَدَّثنا المعتمر بن سليمان حَدَّثنا حُمَيد عَن أَنَس أَنَّ رَجُلا أَعْمَرَ رَجُلا فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ هِيَ لِوَرَثَتِهِ أَوْ كَمَا قَالَوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَمْ نَسْمَعْهُ إلاَّ مِنَ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ قَزَعَةَ ولاَ نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَن أَنَس إلاَّ مِنْ هذا الوجه فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ هِيَ لِوَرَثَتِهِ أَوْ كَمَا قَالَوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَمْ نَسْمَعْهُ إلاَّ مِنَ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ قَزَعَةَ ولاَ نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَن أَنَس إلاَّ مِنْ هذا الوجه
English Translation
Al-Hasan ibn Qaza'ah narrated to us, al-Mu'tamir ibn Sulayman narrated to us, Humayd narrated to us, from Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) that a man gave a lifetime gift to another man, and he asked the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). He said: «It is for his heirs,» or words to that effect. This hadith we have not heard except from al-Hasan ibn Qaza'ah, and we do not know it to be narrated from Anas except from this chain.
