حَدَّثنا موسى بن إسحاق قَال حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن إسحاق الْمُسَيَّبي قَال حَدَّثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ أَبِي شَمْلَةَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبد الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي ذُبَابٍ عَن مُجاهد عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّ النَّبيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُ أَهْلُهُوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم إلاَّ مِن هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَالْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ أَبِي شَمْلَةَ مَدَنِيٌّ وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبد الرَّحْمَنِ قَدْ رَوَى عَن مُجاهد غَيْرَ حَدِيثٍ مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُ أَهْلُهُوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم إلاَّ مِن هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَالْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ أَبِي شَمْلَةَ مَدَنِيٌّ وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبد الرَّحْمَنِ قَدْ رَوَى عَن مُجاهد غَيْرَ حَدِيثٍ
English Translation
Musa ibn Ishaq narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Ishaq al-Musayyabi narrated to us, he said: al-Abbas ibn Abi Shamlah narrated to us, from al-Harith ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Dhubab, from Mujahid, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both), that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: «Whoever does not have a sacrificial animal with him, his wife becomes lawful to him [i.e., he may exit ihram].» We do not know this hadith to be narrated from the Prophet except from this route with this chain. Al-Abbas ibn Abi Shamlah is from Madinah, and al-Harith ibn Abi Abd al-Rahman has narrated more than one hadith from Mujahid.
