حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن عُثمَان قَال حَدَّثنا عُبَيد الله قَال حَدَّثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَن سِمَاك عَن عِكْرِمة عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Uthman narrated to us, he said: Ubayd Allah narrated to us, he said: Isra'il narrated to us, from Simak, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ruled that one-fifth [of the value] is due on buried treasures (rikaz).
