وحَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن عُثمَان قَال حَدَّثنا عُبَيد الله بن موسى قَال حَدَّثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ عَنْ عَبد الْكَرِيمِ عَن مِقْسَم عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا فِي الَّذِي يَقَعُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ إن كان الدم عبيط فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِدِينَارٍ وَإن كَانَ صُفْرَةً فَنِصْفُ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا فِي الَّذِي يَقَعُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ إن كان الدم عبيط فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِدِينَارٍ وَإن كَانَ صُفْرَةً فَنِصْفُ دِينَارٍ
English Translation
And Muhammad ibn Uthman narrated to us, he said: Ubayd Allah ibn Musa narrated to us, he said: Abu Ja'far al-Razi narrated to us, from Abd al-Karim, from Miqsam, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both), regarding a man who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating: if the blood is fresh red, he should give one dinar in charity; and if it is yellowish, then half a dinar.
