وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا طَالَبَ الرَّجُلُ الآخَرَ فَدَعَا أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ إِلَى الَّذِي يَقْضِي بَيْنَهُمَا فَأَبَى أَنْ يَجِيءَ فَلا حَقَّ لَهُ اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا طَالَبَ الرَّجُلُ الآخَرَ فَدَعَا أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ إِلَى الَّذِي يَقْضِي بَيْنَهُمَا فَأَبَى أَنْ يَجِيءَ فَلا حَقَّ لَهُ
English Translation
With the same chain: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to say: 'When one man has a claim against another and one of them calls the other to someone who can judge between them, and the other refuses to come, then he has no right.'
