وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةَ الرَّجُلانِ كِلاهُمَا فَأَحَقُّ النَّاكِحِينَ أَوَّلُهُمَا وَالْبَيْعُ إِذَا ابْتَاعَ الرَّجُلانِ سِلْعَةً وَاحِدَةً فَأَحَقُّهُمَا أَوَّلُهُمَا اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةَ الرَّجُلانِ كِلاهُمَا فَأَحَقُّ النَّاكِحِينَ أَوَّلُهُمَا وَالْبَيْعُ إِذَا ابْتَاعَ الرَّجُلانِ سِلْعَةً وَاحِدَةً فَأَحَقُّهُمَا أَوَّلُهُمَا
English Translation
With the same chain: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to say: 'If two men both marry the same woman, the first of the two has more right to her. And in a sale, if two men purchase the same item, the first of them has more right to it.'
