وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ إِذَا تَبَايَعَ الرَّجُلانِ فَإِنَّ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يُفَارِقَ صَاحِبَهُ فَيَخْتَارَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ هَوَاهُ مِنَ الْبَيْعِ اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ إِذَا تَبَايَعَ الرَّجُلانِ فَإِنَّ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يُفَارِقَ صَاحِبَهُ فَيَخْتَارَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ هَوَاهُ مِنَ الْبَيْعِ
English Translation
With the same chain: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'When two men make a transaction, each of them has the option until they separate, and each chooses what he desires from the sale.'
