حَدَّثنا عَمْرو بن مالك قَال حَدَّثنا أَبُو تميله يَحْيَى بن واضح قَال حَدَّثنا عَبد اللَّهِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ أَبُو طَيْبَةَ السُّلَمِيُّ عَنْ عَبد اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيدة عَن أَبيهِ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كُنْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم فِي سَفَرٍ فَكَانَ كُلَّمَا بَقِيَ شَيْءٌ حَمَلَهُ عَلَيَّ وَسَمَّانِي الزَّامِلَةَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم فِي سَفَرٍ فَكَانَ كُلَّمَا بَقِيَ شَيْءٌ حَمَلَهُ عَلَيَّ وَسَمَّانِي الزَّامِلَةَ
English Translation
Amr ibn Malik narrated to us, he said: Abu Tumayla Yahya ibn Wadih narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn Muslim Abu Tayba as-Sulami narrated to us from Abdullah ibn Burayda from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: I was with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on a journey, and whenever something remained, he would load it on me and called me 'the pack-camel' (az-zamila).
