وحَدَّثنا صفوان بن المغلس قَال حَدَّثنا بكر بن خداش قَال حَدَّثنا حَرْبُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرة عَن أَبيهِ عَن جَدِّه رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم لا تَزَالُ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الْحَقِّ ظَاهِرِينَ ولاَ يَزَالُ أَمْرُ أُمَّتِي صَالِحًا لا يَضُرُّهُمْ عَدَاوَةُ مَنْ عَادَاهُمْ حَتَّى يَلِيَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ خَلِيفَةً فَقَالَ سَمُرة أَبُو جَابِرٍ كُلُّهُمْ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ قَالَ نَعَمْوَلا نَعْلَمُ رَوَى عَنْ حَرْبِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ إلاَّ بَكْرُ بْنُ خِدَاشٍ اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم لا تَزَالُ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الْحَقِّ ظَاهِرِينَ ولاَ يَزَالُ أَمْرُ أُمَّتِي صَالِحًا لا يَضُرُّهُمْ عَدَاوَةُ مَنْ عَادَاهُمْ حَتَّى يَلِيَهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ خَلِيفَةً فَقَالَ سَمُرة أَبُو جَابِرٍ كُلُّهُمْ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ قَالَ نَعَمْوَلا نَعْلَمُ رَوَى عَنْ حَرْبِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ إلاَّ بَكْرُ بْنُ خِدَاشٍ
English Translation
Hadrat Jabir ibn Samurah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «My community shall not cease to be upon the truth, prevailing, and the affairs of my community shall not cease to be righteous. The enmity of those who oppose them shall not harm them, until twelve caliphs rule over them.» Samurah, the father of Jabir, said: "All of them from Quraysh?" He said: «Yes.» We do not know anyone who narrated from Harb ibn Khalid except Bakr.
