وحَدَّثنا أَبُو كُرَيب قَال حَدَّثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَن الحَجَّاج يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ أَبِي جُحْيَفَةَ عَن أَبيهِ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كُنْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيّ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ بِالأَبْطَحِ فَصَلَّيْتُ مَعَهُ الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَأَذَّنَ بِلالٌ فَجَعَلَ إصبَعَيْهِ فِي أُذُنَيْهِ وَكان يَدُورُ فِي أَذَانِهِ قَالَ كُنْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيّ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ بِالأَبْطَحِ فَصَلَّيْتُ مَعَهُ الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَأَذَّنَ بِلالٌ فَجَعَلَ إصبَعَيْهِ فِي أُذُنَيْهِ وَكان يَدُورُ فِي أَذَانِهِ
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Juhayfah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated: I was with the Noble Prophet (peace be upon him) at al-Abtah, and I prayed with him the Dhuhr and the Asr, each in two rak'ahs. Bilal called the adhan and placed his fingers in his ears, and he would turn during his adhan.
