حَدَّثنا عَمْرو بن علي قَال حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن فضيل قَال حَدَّثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَن أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم وَكان الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ يُشْبِهُهُ قَالَ وَقَسَّمَ فِينَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيه وَسَلَّم اثنا عَشَرَ بَعِيرًا فَأَصَابَ أَبِي بَعِيرًا فَقَبَضَ رَسُولُ الله صَلَّى الله عَلَيه وَسَلَّم ولم يعطينا فَأَتَيْنَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ فَأَعْطَانَا بْنُ عَلِيٍّ يُشْبِهُهُ قَالَ وَقَسَّمَ فِينَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيه وَسَلَّم اثنا عَشَرَ بَعِيرًا فَأَصَابَ أَبِي بَعِيرًا فَقَبَضَ رَسُولُ الله صَلَّى الله عَلَيه وَسَلَّم ولم يعطينا فَأَتَيْنَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ فَأَعْطَانَا
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Juhayfah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated: I saw the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), and al-Hasan ibn Ali resembled him. He said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) divided among us twelve camels, and my father received one camel. Then the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) passed away before giving us our share, so we went to Abu Bakr, and he gave us.
