حَدَّثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم قَال حَدَّثنا الحسن بن سوار قَال حَدَّثنا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْد عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَن عتبة أبي أُمَيَّةَ الدِّمَشْقِيِّ عَن أَبِي سَلامٍ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم تَوَضَّأَ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ والخمار اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم تَوَضَّأَ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ والخمار
English Translation
Hadrat Thawban (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated: I saw the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) perform ablution and wipe over his leather socks and his head covering.
