حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الْقُرَشِيُّ قَالَ نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلٍ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ رَجُلٌ زَنَى بَعْدَ إِحْصَانٍ أَوْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ إِسْلَامٍ أَوْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُتَعَمِّدًا وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ جَمَاعَةٌ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ إِلَّا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ الطَّبَّاعِ فَرَوَاهُ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ رَجُلٌ زَنَى بَعْدَ إِحْصَانٍ أَوْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ إِسْلَامٍ أَوْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُتَعَمِّدًا وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ جَمَاعَةٌ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ إِلَّا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ الطَّبَّاعِ فَرَوَاهُ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
English Translation
Ahmad ibn Mansur narrated to us saying: Abd ar-Razzaq narrated to us from Ma'mar from Hammam ibn Munabbih who said: This is what Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated to us from the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) - and he mentioned hadiths, among them: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: 'Whoever spends a pair in the way of Allah will be called from the gates of Paradise: O servant of Allah, this is good! So whoever is from the people of prayer will be called from the gate of prayer, whoever is from the people of jihad will be called from the gate of jihad, whoever is from the people of fasting will be called from the gate of ar-Rayyan, and whoever is from the people of charity will be called from the gate of charity.' Abu Bakr (may Allah be well pleased with him) said: 'O Messenger of Allah, may my father and mother be sacrificed for you! Is it necessary for anyone to be called from those gates? Will anyone be called from all of them?' He said: 'Yes, and I hope that you will be among them.'
