حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ قَزَعَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا حُصَيْنُ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا قَامَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ يَشُوصُ فَاهُ بِالسِّوَاكِ
English Translation
Yusuf ibn Musa narrated to us, from Jarir, from Mansur, from Abu Wa'il, from Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) who said: 'The excellence of knowledge is better than the excellence of worship.'
