أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُمَيْرُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ عَنْ جُنَادَةَ بْنِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُبَادَةَ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ شَهِدَ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَأَنَّ عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَكَلِمَتُهُ أَلْقَاهَا إِلَى مَرْيَمَ وَرُوحٌ مِنْهُ وَأَنَّ الْجَنَّةَ حَقٌّ وَأَنَّ النَّارَ حَقٌّ أَدْخَلَهُ اللَّهُ الْجَنَّةَ عَلَى مَا كَانَ فِيهِ مِنْ عَمَلٍ
English Translation
Muhammad ibn 'Amr informed us, he said: Baqiyyah ibn al-Walid informed us, he said: al-Awza'i informed us, he said: 'Umayr ibn Hani' narrated to me, from Junadah ibn Abi Umayyah, who said: I heard 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) say: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'Whoever testifies that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, and that Jesus is the servant of Allah and His messenger and His word that He bestowed upon Mary and a spirit from Him, and that Paradise is real and Hellfire is real, Allah will admit him to Paradise regardless of his deeds.'
