حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رُؤْيَا الْمُؤْمِنِ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ لَهُ طَرِيقًا عَنْ عُبَادَةَ إِلَّا هَذَا الطَّرِيقَ وَرَوَاهُ ثَابِتٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ عُبَادَةَ
English Translation
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Ja'far informed us, he said: Shu'bah informed us, from Qatadah, from Anas, from 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'The dream of a believer is one of forty-six parts of prophethood.' We do not know of any route for this hadith from 'Ubadah except this one.
