حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ قَالَ أنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ نَهَى أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَنِ الْحَرِيرِ وَهَذَا الْكَلَامُ قَدْ رُوِيَ نَحْوُهُ عَنِ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَى ثَابِتٌ عَنِ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ إِلَّا هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنِ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ إِلَّا هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ
English Translation
Hadrat Abdullah ibn Amr (may Allah be well pleased with them) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «The Dajjal will emerge in my Ummah and remain for forty.» I do not know if he meant forty days, forty months, or forty years. «Then Allah will send Jesus son of Mary resembling Urwah ibn Mas'ud, and he will search for him until he destroys him. Then people will live for seven years during which there will be no enmity between any two persons. Then Allah will send a cold wind from the direction of Syria which will not leave anyone on the face of the earth who has an atom's weight of good or faith in his heart but will take his soul. Even if one of you were to enter the interior of a mountain, that wind would reach him and take his soul. Only the wicked people will remain, having the levity of birds and the nature of beasts. They will neither recognize good nor denounce evil. Satan will come to them in the form of a man and say: 'Will you not respond?' They will say: 'What do you order us?' He will order them to worship idols, and while they are in that state, sustenance will be plentiful for them and they will live comfortably. Then the Trumpet will be blown, and no one will hear it except that he will tilt his head and raise it. The first to hear it will be a man plastering his water tank, and he will be struck down, as will all people.»
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: «دجال میری امت میں ظاہر ہو گا اور چالیس رہے گا۔» میں نہیں جانتا کہ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے چالیس دن، چالیس ماہ، یا چالیس سال کہا۔ «پھر اللہ تعالیٰ عیسیٰ بن مریم کو بھیجے گا جو عروہ بن مسعود کی طرح ہوں گے، اور وہ اس کی تلاش کریں گے یہاں تک کہ اسے ہلاک کریں گے۔ پھر لوگ سات سال رہیں گے جن میں کسی دو آدمیوں کے درمیان کوئی دشمنی نہیں ہو گی۔ پھر اللہ تعالیٰ شام کی سمت سے ٹھنڈی ہوا بھیجے گا جو زمین کی سطح پر کسی کو نہیں چھوڑے گی جس کے دل میں ذرہ برابر نیکی یا ایمان ہو مگر اس کی روح قبض کر لے گی۔ اگرچہ تم میں سے کوئی پہاڑ کے اندر داخل ہو جائے، وہ ہوا اس تک پہنچے گی اور اس کی روح قبض کر لے گی۔ صرف برے لوگ رہیں گے، جن میں پرندوں کی سبکی اور جانوروں کی طبیعت ہو گی۔ وہ نہ نیکی کو پہچانیں گے اور نہ برائی سے منع کریں گے۔ شیطان ان کے پاس آدمی کی شکل میں آئے گا اور کہے گا: 'کیا تم جواب نہیں دو گے؟' وہ کہیں گے: 'تم ہمیں کیا حکم دیتے ہو؟' وہ انہیں بتوں کی عبادت کا حکم دے گا، اور جبکہ وہ اس حال میں ہوں گے، رزق ان کے لیے کثیر ہو گا اور وہ آرام سے رہیں گے۔ پھر صور پھونکا جائے گا، اور کوئی اسے نہیں سنے گا مگر وہ اپنا سر جھکائے گا اور اٹھائے گا۔ سب سے پہلے اسے سننے والا وہ آدمی ہو گا جو اپنے پانی کے حوض کو لیپ رہا ہو گا، اور وہ گر جائے گا، جیسا کہ تمام لوگ گریں گے۔»
