حَدَّثَنَا طَلِيقُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ قَالَ نا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ نا الْحَجَّاجُ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ خِشْفِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَفَعَهُ أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ فِي دِيَةِ الْخَطَأِ أَخْمَاسًا وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مَرْفُوعًا إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ فِي دِيَةِ الْخَطَأِ أَخْمَاسًا وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مَرْفُوعًا إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ
English Translation
Taliq ibn Muhammad al-Wasiti narrated to us, he stated: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, he stated: Al-Hajjaj narrated to us from Zayd ibn Jubayr from Khishf ibn Malik from Hadrat Abdullah (may Allah be well pleased with him), raising it: that he made the blood money for unintentional killing in fifths. This hadith — we do not know it to be narrated from Abdullah in raised form except with this chain of transmission.
