حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ وَعَمْرُو بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ غُفْرَةَ الْبَجَلِيُّ وَاللَّفْظُ لِأَحْمَدَ قَالَا أنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ تَغْلِبَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ كَانَتْ تَلْبِيَةُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَبَانَ بْنِ تَغْلِبَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَبَانَ بْنِ تَغْلِبَ
English Translation
Ahmad ibn Abdah and Amr ibn Yahya ibn Ghufrah al-Bajali narrated to us — and the wording is that of Ahmad — they both stated: Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us from Aban ibn Taghlib from Abu Ishaq from Abd ar-Rahman ibn Yazid from Hadrat Abdullah (may Allah be well pleased with him), he stated: The talbiyah of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was: «Labbayk Allahumma labbayk, labbayk la sharika laka labbayk, inna al-hamd wa an-ni'mata laka wa al-mulk, la sharika lak» (Here I am, O Allah, here I am. Here I am, You have no partner, here I am. Verily all praise, grace and sovereignty belong to You. You have no partner). This hadith — we do not know it to be narrated from Abu Ishaq except from the hadith of Aban ibn Taghlib.
