حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ قَالَ نا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ نا زَائِدَةُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمَيْنِ إِلَّا وَبَيْنَهُمَا سِتْرٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ فَإِذَا قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِصَاحِبِهِ كَلِمَةَ مُجْرٍ خَرَقَ سِتْرَ اللَّهِ وَهَذَا الْكَلَامُ لَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا عَمْرُو بْنُ سَلَمَةَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمَيْنِ إِلَّا وَبَيْنَهُمَا سِتْرٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ فَإِذَا قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِصَاحِبِهِ كَلِمَةَ مُجْرٍ خَرَقَ سِتْرَ اللَّهِ وَهَذَا الْكَلَامُ لَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا عَمْرُو بْنُ سَلَمَةَ
English Translation
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Amr ibn Maymun, from Abdullah, who said: The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was praying near the Ka'bah and Abu Jahl and his companions were sitting. One of them said to the other: Which of you will bring the placenta of the camel of such-and-such family and place it on Muhammad's back when he prostrates? The most wretched of them went and brought it. When he prostrated, he placed it on his back. They laughed until they were leaning on each other.
