وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ ثنا خَالِدٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ السُّنَّةُ عَلَى الْمُعْتَكِفِ أَنْ لَا يَعُودَ مَرِيضًا وَلَا يَشْهَدُ جِنَازَةً وَلَا يَمَ��َّ امْرَأَةً وَلَا يُبَاشِرَهَا وَلَا يَخْرُجَ لِحَاجَةٍ إِلَّا لِمَا لَا بُدَّ لَهُ مِنْهُ وَلَا اعْتِكَافَ إِلَّا بِصَوْمٍ وَلَا اعْتِكَافَ إِلَّا فِي مَسْجِدٍ جَامِعٍ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ قَدْ ذَهَبَ كَثِيرٌ مِنَ الْحُفَّاظِ إِلَى أَنَّ هَذَا الْكَلَامَ مِنْ قَوْلِ مَنْ دُونَ عَائِشَةَ وَأَنَّ مَنْ أَدْرَجَهُ فِي الْحَدِيثِ وَهِمَ فِيهِ فَقَدْ
English Translation
'A'ishah said: 'The Sunnah for the one observing i'tikaf is that he should not visit the sick, nor attend a funeral, nor touch or be intimate with a woman, nor go out for any need except what is unavoidable. And there is no i'tikaf except with fasting, and no i'tikaf except in a congregational mosque.' The Shaykh said: 'Many huffaz have maintained that these words are from someone below 'A'ishah and that whoever included them in the hadith made an error.'
