أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي وَغَيْرُهُ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَرَضَ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ عَلَى الْحُرِّ وَالْعَبْدِ وَالذَّكَرِ وَالْأُنْثَى مِمَنْ تُمَوِّنُونَ
English Translation
Abu Zakariyya ibn Abi Ishaq al-Muzakki and others informed us... al-Shafi'i narrated from Ibrahim ibn Muhammad from Ja'far ibn Muhammad from his father that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) prescribed zakah al-fitr on the free, the slave, the male, and the female - from those you support.
