قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنِ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَعَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَا مَنْ أَسْلَفَ مَالًا فَعَلَيْهِ زَكَاتُهُ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ إِذَا كَانَ فِي ثِقَةٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَعَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَا مَنْ أَسْلَفَ مَالًا فَعَلَيْهِ زَكَاتُهُ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ إِذَا كَانَ فِي ثِقَةٍ
English Translation
And al-Walid ibn Muslim narrated from al-Layth ibn Sa'd that Abdullah ibn Abbas and Abdullah ibn Umar said: 'Whoever lends money, he must pay zakah on it every year if it is in the hands of a trustworthy person.'
