أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ وَأَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ قَالَا أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ أَبِي حَسَنٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَةٌ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ وَالْأُوقِيَّةُ أَرْبَعُونَ دِرْهَمًا 7514 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أنبأ بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ أَبِي حَسَنٍ الْمَازِنِيَّ فَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ أَبِيهِ فَذَكَرَهُ بِمَعْنَاهُ زَادَ لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ قَوْلَ سُفْيَانَ
English Translation
Abu Ali al-Husayn ibn Muhammad al-Rudhbari and Abu al-Husayn Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Bishran narrated to us: Isma'il ibn Muhammad al-Saffar narrated to us: Sa'dan ibn Nasr narrated to us: Sufyan ibn Uyayna narrated to us: Amr ibn Yahya ibn Umara ibn Abi Hasan narrated from his father, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'There is no charity in less than five uqiya of silver, and there is no charity in less than five camels.' Sufyan said: The uqiya is forty dirhams. Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz narrated to us: Abu Bakr ibn Ishaq narrated to us: Bishr ibn Musa narrated to us: al-Humaydi narrated to us: Sufyan said: I asked Amr ibn Yahya ibn Umara ibn Abi Hasan al-Mazini, and he narrated to me from his father, mentioning a similar meaning, adding: 'And there is no charity in less than five wasq.' He did not mention Sufyan's statement.
