أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى {وَآتُوا حَقَّهُ يَوْمَ حَصَادِهِ} [الأنعام 141] قَالَ الْعُشْرُ وَنِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ
English Translation
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz, Abu Bakr ibn al-Hasan, and Abu Sa'id ibn Abi Amr narrated to us, saying: Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us: al-Hasan ibn Ali ibn Affan narrated to us: Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us: Abu Mu'awiya narrated from al-Hajjaj, from al-Hakam, from Miqsam, from Ibn Abbas regarding the statement of Allah Most High: 'And give its due on the day of its harvest' [al-An'am 141], he said: The tithe and half-tithe.
