وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ نُبَيْشَةَ قَالَ خَالِدٌ فَلَقِيتُ أَبَا مَلِيحٍ فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَحَدَّثَنِي بِهِ فَذَكَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَيَّامُ التَّشْرِيقِ أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ وَذِكْرِ اللهِ
English Translation
Abu al-Hasan Ali ibn Ahmad ibn Abdan informed us... from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyab, from Umm Salamah, from the Prophet (peace be upon him): When the ten days [of Dhul-Hijjah] enter and one of you wants to sacrifice, let him not touch anything of his hair or skin. In another wording: Let him not take anything from his hair or nails.
