English Translation
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us... from Salamah ibn al-Akwa' who said: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Whoever among you has sacrificed, let nothing of his sacrifice remain in his house after the third day. The following year they said: O Messenger of Allah, shall we do as we did last year? He said: Eat, feed others, and store, for that year people were in hardship, and I wanted you to help them.
