وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ بِهَا أنبأ أَبُو سَهْلِ بْنُ بِشْرِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بِشْرٍ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الذُّهْلِيُّ قَالَا ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أنبأ هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ سَيَّارٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ الْفَقِيرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أُعْطِيتُ خَمْسًا لَمْ يُعْطَهُنَّ أَحَدٌ قَبْلِي كَانَ كُلُّ نَبِيٍّ يُبْعَثُ إِلَى قَوْمِهِ خَاصَّةً وَبُعِثْتُ إِلَى كُلِّ أَحْمَرَ وَأَسْوَدَ وَأُحِلَّتْ لِيَ الْغَنَائِمُ وَلَمْ تَحِلَّ لِأَحَدٍ قَبْلِي وَجُعِلَتْ لِيَ الْأَرْضُ طَيِّبَةً وَطَهُورًا وَمَسْجِدًا وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ أَدْرَكَتْهُ الصَّلَاةُ صَلَّى حَيْثُ كَانَ وَنُصِرْتُ بِالرُّعْبِ بَيْنَ يَدِيَّ مَسِيرَةَ شَهْرٍ وَأُعْطِيتُ الشَّفَاعَةَ وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَحْيَى وَغَيْرِهِ وَرَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ وَغَيْرِهِ عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ
English Translation
Jabir ibn Abdullah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: I have been given five things that no one before me was given: Every prophet was sent specifically to his people, but I was sent to every person, red and black. The spoils of war were made lawful for me, and they were not lawful for anyone before me. The earth was made pure and a place of prayer for me, so any man who is overtaken by prayer can pray wherever he is. I was aided with awe cast into the hearts of enemies for a month's journey ahead of me. And I was given intercession. Muslim narrated it in the Sahih from Yahya ibn Yahya and others, and al-Bukhari narrated it from Muhammad ibn Sinan and others from Hushaym.
