أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا حَبَّانُ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ إِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ مِنَ الرَّكْعَةِ الْآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ قَالَ اللهُمَّ الْعَنْ فُلَانًا وَفُلَانًا فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ ﷻ {لَيْسَ لَكَ مِنَ الْأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ} [آل عمران 128] الْآيَةُ
English Translation
Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Our Lord descends every night to the lowest heaven in the last third of the night and says: 'Who is calling upon Me that I may answer him? Who is asking of Me that I may give him? Who is seeking My forgiveness that I may forgive him?'"
