أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ نا أَبُو خَلْدَةَ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْعَالِيَةِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَصَابَتْهُ جَنَابَةٌ وَلَيْسَ عِنْدَهُ مَاءٌ وَعِنْدَهُ نَبِيذٌ أَيَغْتَسِلُ بِهِ؟ قَالَ لَا
English Translation
Abu al-'Aliyah was asked about a man who is in a state of major impurity (janabah) and has no water but has nabidh — should he bathe with it? He said: 'No.'
