قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَرَى وَلَدَ الزِّنَا وَغَيْرَهُ فِي الْعِتْقِ سَوَاءً وَعَنْ فِرَاسٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ
English Translation
Al-Hasan used to consider a child of fornication and others equal in freeing. Al-Sha'bi said the same.
