أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الرَّمَادِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ قَالَ بَيْنَا الْحَبَشَةُ يَلْعَبُونَ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ بِحِرَابِهِمْ دَخَلَ عُمَرُ فَأَهْوَى إِلَى الْحَصْبَاءِ فَحَصَبَهُمْ بِهَا فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ دَعْهُمْ يَا عُمَرُ
English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that meat was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and the foreleg was offered to him, which he used to love. He bit from it and then said a supplication.
