أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا أَبُو سَهْلِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ وَاللَّفْظُ لِلْحَسَنِ قَالُوا ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْفَأْرَةُ فِي السَّمْنِ فَإِنْ كَانَ جَامِدًا فَأَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَإِنْ كَانَ مَائِعًا فَلَا تَقْرَبُوهُ قَالَ الْحَسَنُ قَالَ عَ��ْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ وَرُبَّمَا حَدَّثَ بِهِ مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَقَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ أَنَّ مَعْمَرًا كَانَ يَرْوِيهِ أَيْضًا عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ ؓ
English Translation
Abu al-Husayn ibn al-Fadl al-Qattan informed us: Abu Sahl ibn Ziyad al-Qattan narrated to us: Isma'il al-Qadi narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Abd al-Malik narrated to us — (H) — And Abu Ali al-Rudhbari informed us: Muhammad ibn Bakr reported to us: Abu Dawud narrated to us: Ahmad ibn Salih and al-Hasan ibn Ali — and the wording is al-Hasan's — narrated to us; they said: Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us: Ma'mar reported to us, from al-Zuhri, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a mouse falls into ghee: if it is solid, throw it out and what is around it; and if it is liquid, do not come near it." al-Hasan said: Abd al-Razzaq said: "Sometimes Ma'mar narrated it from al-Zuhri, from Ubaydullah ibn Abdullah, from Ibn Abbas, from Maymunah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)." And Muhammad ibn Abd al-Malik said: Abd al-Razzaq said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Umar informed me that Ma'mar also used to narrate it from al-Zuhri, from Ubaydullah, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them), from Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her).
