وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ ثنا خَالِدٌ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ وَمُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ احْتَجَمَ وَأَعْطَى الْحَجَّامَ أَجْرَهُ وَلَوْ كَانَ خَبِيثًا لَمْ يُعْطِهِ وَرَوَاهُ أَيْضًا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَرِوَايَةُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مُرْسَلَةٌ
English Translation
And Abu al-Hasan Ali ibn Ahmad ibn Abdan informed us, Ahmad ibn Ubayd al-Saffar informed us, Isma'il ibn Ishaq the judge narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr narrated to us, Abd al-Wahhab al-Thaqafi narrated to us, Khalid narrated to us from Ikrimah and Muhammad, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) had himself cupped and gave the cupper his wages. Had it been filthy he would not have given it to him. Ayyub also narrated it from Muhammad ibn Sirin from Ibn Abbas, and the narration of Muhammad ibn Sirin from Ibn Abbas is mursal (disconnected).
