أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنبأ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ قَابُوسَ قَالَ ذَبَحْتُ فِي الْحِيِّ بَقَرَةً فَوَجَدْنَا فِي بَطْنِهَا جَنِينًا فَشَوَيْنَاهُ وَقَدِمْنَا إِلَى أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ فَتَنَاوَلَ لُق��مَةً مِنْهُ فَقَالَ هَذَا الَّذِي حَدَّثَنَا بِهِ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّهُ مِنْ بَهِيمَةِ الْأَنْعَامِ وَرَوَاهُ أَيْضًا طَاوُسٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ وَرُوِّينَا عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي بَهِيمَةِ الْأَنْعَامِ هُوَ الْجَنِينُ ذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ
English Translation
Abu Nasr ibn Qatadah informed us, Abu Mansur al-Nadrawi narrated to us, Ahmad ibn Najdah narrated to us, Sa'id ibn Mansur narrated to us, Jarir narrated to us from Mansur, from Qabus who said: "I slaughtered a cow in the tribe and we found a fetus in its belly, so we roasted it and brought it to Abu Zibyan. He took a morsel from it and said: 'This is what Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) told us about - that it is from the livestock.' Tawus also narrated it from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), and we have narrated from Ikrimah from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said regarding the livestock: it is the fetus, and its slaughter is the slaughter of its mother."
