أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا تَمْتَامٌ ثنا ابْنُ بِنْتِ السُّدِّيِّ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ ثنا أَبُو يَعْلَى ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُوسَى وَهُوَ ابْنُ بِنْتِ السُّدِّيِّ ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ كُتِبَ عَلَيَّ النَّحْرُ وَلَمْ يُكْتَبْ عَلَيْكُمْ زَادَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ وَأُمِرْتُ بِصَلَاةِ الضُّحَى وَلَمْ تُؤْمَرُوا بِهَا كَذَا قَالَا عَنْ سِمَاكٍ
English Translation
Ali ibn Ahmad ibn Abdan informed us, Ahmad ibn Ubayd al-Saffar informed us, Tamtam narrated to us, Ibn Bint al-Suddi narrated to us. And Abu Bakr ibn al-Harith al-Asbahani informed us, Abu Muhammad ibn Hayyan informed us, Abu Ya'la narrated to us, Isma'il ibn Musa - who is the grandson of al-Suddi - narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us from Simak, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) who attributed it to the Prophet, who said: "The sacrifice has been prescribed for me but has not been prescribed for you." Al-Asbahani added in his narration: "And I have been commanded to pray the Duha prayer, but you have not been commanded to do so." Both of them said it from Simak.
