قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ قَتَلَ قَتِيلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ لَمْ يَرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَتُوجَدُ مِنْ كَذَا وَكَذَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ ثنا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو فَذَكَرَهُ البيهقي ١٨٧٣٣: عن
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever kills a person from the people of the covenant (dhimmah) will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance can be found from such-and-such a distance." Abu 'Amr al-Adib informed us, Abu Bakr al-Isma'ili narrated to us, Abu Ahmad ibn Ziyad informed me, Ibn Abi 'Umar narrated to us, Marwan ibn Mu'awiyah narrated to us, al-Hasan ibn 'Amr mentioned it.
