أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أ��بِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أنبأ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو صَخْرٍ الْمَدَنِيُّ أَنَّ صَفْوَانَ بْنَ سُلَيْمٍ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ ثَلَاثِينَ مِنْ أَبْنَاءِ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ آبَائِهِمْ دِنْيَةً عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَلَا مَنْ ظَلَمَ مُعَاهَدًا وَانْتَقَصَهُ وَكَلَّفَهُ فَوْقَ طَاقَتِهِ أَوْ أَخَذَ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا بِغَيْرِ طِيبِ نَفْسٍ مِنْهُ فَأَنَا حَجِيجُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَأَشَارَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِأُصْبُعِهِ إِلَى صَدْرِهِ أَلَا وَمَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهَدًا لَهُ ذِمَّةُ اللهِ وَذِمَّةُ رَسُولِهِ حَرَّمَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ رِيحَ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَتُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا
English Translation
Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn al-Hasan the judge and Abu Zakariyya ibn Abi Ishaq al-Muzakki said: Abu al-'Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us, Muhammad ibn 'Abdullah ibn 'Abd al-Hakam narrated to us, Ibn Wahb narrated to us, Abu Sakhr al-Madani informed me that Safwan ibn Sulaym informed him, from thirty of the sons of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), from their fathers closely, from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), who said: "Indeed, whoever wrongs a person under covenant, diminishes his right, burdens him beyond his capacity, or takes something from him without his willing consent — I will be his adversary on the Day of Resurrection." And he pointed to his chest.
