أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أنبأ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَخَذَ الْجِزْيَةَ مِنْ مَجُوسِ هَجَرَ وَأَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ أَخَذَهَا مِنْ مَجُوسِ السَّوَادِ وَأَنَّ عُثْمَانَ ؓ أَخَذَهَا مِنْ مَجُوسِ بَرْبَرَ
English Translation
Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn al-Hasan and Abu Zakariyya ibn Abi Ishaq informed us > Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub > Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abd al-Hakam > Ibn Wahb > Yunus ibn Yazid > Ibn Shihab > Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) took the jizyah from the Zoroastrians of Hajar, that Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) took it from the Zoroastrians of the Sawad, and that Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) took it from the Zoroastrians of the Berbers.
