English Translation
Abu al-Hasan Muhammad ibn al-Husayn ibn Dawud al-Alawi narrated to us, from Abu al-Qasim Ubaydullah ibn Ibrahim ibn Balawayh al-Muzakki, from Ahmad ibn Yusuf al-Sulami, from Abd al-Razzaq, from Ma'mar, from Hammam ibn Munabbih who said: This is what Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated to us. He said the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Every wound a Muslim receives in the cause of Allah will appear on the Day of Resurrection in its original state when it was inflicted, gushing blood; its color is the color of blood, and its scent is the scent of musk. Muslim narrated it in his Sahih from Muhammad ibn Rafi' from Abd al-Razzaq.
